RETURN POLICY
GENERAL
At Dioh!, we are committed to ensuring our customers' total satisfaction with their purchases. If any product does not meet your expectations, we are here to help.
These terms and conditions set out the rules for general use of the website and the terms for making purchases on www.dioh.es . By making a purchase on our website, you automatically accept these conditions without any objection or reservation.
RETURNS
- Repayment period: you have 14 business days to return the item from the date you received it.
- Conditions of the articles: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
RETURN PROCESS
- Return request: to initiate a return, you must first contact us at hola@dioh.es and indicate the order number and the products to be returned or complete the return form on our website.
- Approval of the return: Once we receive your request, we will send you an email with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Article shipment: you must send the item to the address we will provide you. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or does not correspond to what you ordered.
REFUNDS
- Inspection of articles: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will also inform you of the status of your refund.
- Refund processing: If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your credit card (or original payment method). The credit will be applied within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
EXCEPTIONS
- Non-returnable items: some items cannot be returned such as gift cards.
- Defective or damaged items: if you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at our email address hola@dioh.es so that we can solve the problem. If possible, add photos of the defect and a description.
In order for the transportation insurance to cover the claim, you must report the damage within 24 hours of receipt of the order.
CHANGES
- Changes of articles: we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at hola@dioh.es.
WARRANTY
All our products are backed by a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers shipping costs, materials and labor, but does not include the inherent characteristics of the product or damage caused by improper use. Proof of purchase is required to validate the warranty.
RETURNS SHIPMENT
- Return address: In order for the transportation insurance to cover the claim, you must report the damage within 24 hours of receipt of the order.
- Shipping costs: you will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges to return the item, unless the product is defective or incorrect. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
